If you would like an application please send and email to the email admin@clutefire.org .  Once the email is received the application will be sent to you.  Otherwise come to one of our meetings and pick up one.

Have you ever wanted to serve the community?  Ever wondered what is would be like if your neighbors house was on fire and no one came?  Come join us and find out what being a firefighter is all about.

The Clute Volunteer Fire Department is looking for individuals who want to make a difference in their neighborhoods. If you are interested in becoming part of the firefighting family, contact the department for further information or you may come by any Monday night from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

· All required protective Equipment (PPE)

· Covered by insurance while on duty

· Be 18 Years of age

· Must be a citizen of Clute, Texas

· Must pass a background check

· Must pass a medical physical

· Must attend weekly meetings/trainings

· Must care about the community

· Contribution to the community

· Developing skills, such as personal confidence and pride

· Gaining valuable fire rescue experience

· Becoming part of a proud tradition and fire service family
